If by chance any of our products fails due to MANUFACTURING, we will repair or replace the item (at OUR discretion) free of charge. Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty DOES NOT cover the following things of which are excluded from our workmanship warranty, including but not limited to: damage from normal wear and tear, damage from customer modification and/or tampering, misuse, or abuse.
TO SUBMIT WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY CLAIMS
Email an explanation of the issue as well as detailed pictures to [email protected] You will receive a response within one business day. If the claim is deemed a workmanship manufacturing defect, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number with further instructions. Please note that the purchaser is responsible fees associated with for getting the product back to us.
